Terms of Use (Fitness)

Hi 👋 I’m an independent developer. These Terms are for Heartlab fitness products, including the “Ты сможешь” client and trainer applications (the “Apps”) and related services (the “Service”). I’ll keep this readable, but it’s still a legal document.

1. Scope and acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using the Apps or Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

2. Roles: trainer and client

The Service may support interaction between trainers and clients (for example, training plans, progress tracking, and sharing training-related information). Heartlab provides the toolset only.

Heartlab is not a party to any agreement, relationship, or arrangement between a trainer and a client. Trainers and clients are solely responsible for their interactions, expectations, and outcomes.

3. Payments and financial relationships

No in-app purchases: The Apps do not process payments via Apple’s and Google's In-App Purchase system. Any financial arrangements between trainers and clients happen outside the Apps.

Trainer ↔ client payments: Any payments, refunds, disputes, or obligations between trainers and clients are strictly between those parties. Heartlab does not collect, hold, process, or guarantee such payments.

Heartlab fees (optional): In the future, Heartlab may offer paid access for trainers (for example, subscriptions or invoices for professional usage). If that becomes applicable, trainers will be informed and separate terms or billing details may apply.

4. Health and fitness disclaimer

The Service is not medical advice and not a substitute for professional healthcare. Any training or fitness-related information is for general informational purposes only.

You are responsible for your own health and safety. If you have a medical condition or concerns, consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program.

5. Accounts and access

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information where required and to keep access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

6. User content (photos, videos, training data)

The Service may allow you to upload or share content, including photos, videos, and training information (“User Content”). You keep ownership of your User Content.

You confirm you have the rights to upload and share the User Content.
You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
Heartlab may remove or restrict User Content if it violates these Terms, applicable law, or if it is required to keep the Service safe.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not:

reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass security;
use the Service to harass, harm, or exploit others;
upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service;
impersonate someone else or access accounts without permission.

In simple terms: use the platform for training and progress — not for chaos.

8. Changes, availability, and updates

The Service may change over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed. I do my best to keep things stable, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Heartlab may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect users and the Service.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Apps and Service are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heartlab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

If these Terms are updated, the date at the top will change. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
